| 18/01/2009 | Positive | 1 | Our recent stay at Winterberry #1 was actually more than we expected. We enjoyed the seclusion of the townhouse, and almost every aspect that the place had to offer. It was very spacious for our family of six adults. The fireplace, dining room, and hot tub were well used! We especially liked the foyer area for removal of coats/skis/boots. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Killington area. David was very informative and attentive (along with mother nature's cooporation) in making our visit such an enjoyable one that won't be forgotten! |

Kids can play outdoors in the snow as its a dead end street. House and contents are in great shape and we loved the tempur matrasses in the beds! |

| 16/10/2007 | Positive | 1 | Hi just wanted to let everyone know how great & accommodating Winterberry 1 was. my hubby & i had a pretty bad week, the worse day of all was on our anniversary, we had found out some pretty bad news. We at that point knew we needed to get away & wanted to bring our son along so we could all enjoy the peak of fall in VT together. Well because of David & Niomi, we were able to do this even though it was last min.! i really don't think they know how important it was. We had stayed in NH for a week in a rental house during the summer & totally enjoyed this place better!! They called to make sure everything was ok & was very pleasant & put a big smile on my face. Between the Jacuzzi & the hot tub we didn't want to leave the house. We did though, the leaves were beautiful! Although we had a awesome view from every room! When we return to VT {which might just be sooner than later} we will def be calling David!!! Never had such a great weekend after such a horrible week & it was all thanks to David & Niomi!! Watch out guys you're gonna be hearing from us again, & you might just have some competition in a couple years, cuz my husband & i are really thinking of buying a place up there in good ol' VT!! To everyone else who is looking to rent whether a couple, a sm fam, or a large group, you will be happy w/ this place, but don't take the dates we want ;}!! Our family was very comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub after a long day. The Dahan's care about the comfort of their guests and were only a phone call away if we had any questions. For families that go to Killington for hiking and biking,and Pico for the Adventure Center, Winterberry is central to both mountains. It is also a good idea to get the season pass if you plan to do both mountains. The Deveney's |

Mr. Dahan is very conscientious about his home and is available to ensure you have a great experience at Killington. |

David is very helpful and thougtful in getting us settle down and feel at home fast. We have nothing else to say except that this is a highly recommended house to rent for the vacation |

The townhouse was terrific - clean, well decorated and comfortable. Several friends didn't hit the mountain and just had a great time hanging out with the wi-fi and hot tub. Can't wait to return. |

| 31/07/2006 | Positive | 1 | My family and I stayed at Winterberry #1 from July 20-29th, 2006. It was a wonderful trip. The condo is huge (4 levels) with 8 beds and sleeper sofas as well. There were only 6 of us so we had way more than enough room. We were able to go to our own separate floor if we wanted to be alone - a great thing when you are traveling with teens!!!! David was wonderful, checking to make sure everything was going okay with us a number of times. We could tell he really cares about his renters and that they have a good experience at his condo. The setting is gorgeous. It is tucked away off Rte. 4 but close to Killington and Pico, as well as Rutland. If you are traveling with kids and are going to be staying a week or so, a great thing to get is a season pass to the Killington-Pico Adventure Center. There is an alpine slide, water park, gondola rides, rock climbing wall, bungee thing, etc. It is a better deal than individual day passes and can be used all season long. My kids loved it! All in all, I can't recommend it enough. I would gladly stay there again next time we visit! Erin H |

| 31/05/2006 | Positive | 1 | We stayed at Winterberry 1 for Mother’s Day weekend. We had four adults and four pre-school children in our family gathering. It was the weekend of the monsoon. The rain did not stop. We did not get cabin fever despite the fact that we spent the weekend inside. The condo is quite spacious. The television area is a floor below the main living area and did not interfere with quiet conversations on the main floor. The temperature outside was in the forties, but the fireplace was cozy. Everything was as David had promised. Everything worked and we had everything that we needed. David was an excellent host, even through our one minor crisis. The power went out briefly and the security alarm went off. We are planning two more family gatherings at Winterberry 1. |

| 21/03/2006 | Positive | 1 | We were lucky enough to enjoy four tremendous days Winterberry during March break 2006. Winterberry is a wonderful, relaxing environment for family members of all ages. We were two couples and three children. There was lots of room for everybody. The views were great, the hot tub was hot and clean! Everything was modern and spacious. Access to the ski hill is quick and easy. Local restaurants are fun and the food is great. We had a flat tire and the tow truck was there within five minutes, repaired within the hour and covered by AAA. |

The fireplace provided excellent heat and coziness and the house was close to Pico and Killington. The owner is responsive and easy to communicate with. My only complaint was the toilets that had very weak flushing capability. I defintely recommend this rental home and wouldn't hesitate staying there again. |

The matresses are better than the ones I have at home! The BBQ and hot tub are great additions as well. My only concerns are the weak toilets and the fact that 4WD may be required to get up the hill. |

One may need a 4WD to get up the hill to the house in heart of the winter (it was a bit icy). The owner is very nice and very responsive to questions about the rental. Pleanty of parking. |
