Return & Refund Policy

If you purchased a BLUETTI product from the BLUETTI official store, you may request a return or refund.

If you purchased a BLUETTI product from other suppliers and resellers of BLUETTI, you may not request return or refund from us as our suppliers and resellers may have their own policies regarding refund and return. Please contact them for further information.

Return and refund policies may also vary according to local laws and regulations.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request a full refund within 72 hours after placing an order by email or phone with the BLUETTI official store. However, if the product has already been shipped, a $25 intercept fee will be charged.

Non-Receipt of Products / Damaged Products Received

1. If you believe your product was not delivered or lost, you must notify immediately notify us.

2. If you believe the product you received was damaged, or if you receive an incorrect/incomplete product, you must immediately contact us with proof of videos and/or pictures.

30-day No Reason to Return

1. 30-Day Refund Policy

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase (including but not limited to “don’t want”, ”don’t meet your needs”, or “don’t like” ), you may return the purchased items complete, unused, and in their original packing. 

However, you will be responsible to pay for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service to verify the shipping costs for each item and to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will deduct the shipping cost of return from your refund.

2. Refused Delivery

Please note that return cost will be deducted from any refund if you reject the shipments.

NOTE: For products that have been used, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to BLUETTI warehouse.

3. No Reason to Return After 30 Days

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Exclusions

BLUETTI warranty policy does not apply to:

  • Misused/abused/damaged by accident/damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modification/repair/dis-assembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
  • Used for special application other than normal consumer use
  • Lost/stolen/free/refunded product
  • Any defect or damage caused by exposure to excessive heat, cold, liquids or other external causes

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • If the following conditions are not met, BLUETTI reserves the right not issue
  • a. Products returned don’t include allofthe original packaging and accessories.
    b. Products returned sustain damages caused by misuse or improper packagingduring the return process.
    c. Returns without prior authorization and an RMA number.
  • Before returning the product, please send a picture of the packaged product toour customer service.
  • Refund will be processed within 14 business days after the product is returned to BLUETTI warehouse.
